Here it is today. Two medicine cabinets with nice big oval mirrors are going in over the sinks where the holes are. Just noticed the guys are using one of my old blankets to protect the vanity. Oh well.
I made the most delicious pasta sauce today using my Amish and Cherokee Purple tomatoes, homegrown onions and garlic, and basil, oregano and rosemary from the garden, a little olive oil, red wine and salt. Yum. It was a small batch but I was able to put two jars into the freezer and kept out enough for dinner tonight and tomorrow. Hope to make more as the tomatoes ripen.
